Many people don't know this but Best Buy actually matches Amazon's prices and they have in the past before however upon this trip they have since changed the policies. No longer do they match Amazons prices they have qualifications that it must be sold and shipped by Amazon. Now this excludes pretty much any and all devices since Amazon is a distribution center primarily. So there is no more benefit to going to Best Buy anymore. What really irks me about this whole trip though was after they denied the price match they rang me up as I was going to purchase the item regardless.

Best Buy refused to comply with their own return policy. C/S unsealed sealed software then refused to take it back saying it was now open. Three employees made false statements and/or derogatory remarks, they laughed at and humiliated me who has been in the past a long time customer. I have and am in the process of filing further complaints against these 3 employees and their actions. They appeared to be inexperienced at lacked the skills necessary to do their jobs properly, in my opinion. I contacted the corporate offices, but unless this matter is resolved satisfactorily, I will take my money and business elsewhere.
