I LOVE this restaurant. So much better than any other italian restaurant in the area. Not only is the food delicious but the restaurant itself is gorgeous. You must check it out!

Every time my wife and I have been to Paolo's the food and service has been great. We've particularly enjoyed going there on New Year's Even and enjoying their special menu. It's nice enough there to have a romantic dinner for two, but it's also family friendly.

Unfortunately, we all ordered the chicken marsala and it was like shoe leather. When the waitress asked us how everything was, we complained to and she apologized and she offered to buy us dessert. It didn't seem fair for her to have to accommodate us for the terrible meal. We all felt that the owner, chef should have approached us and apologized. No one did and you can be sure that we would never go back there and will tell others that it was a very bad experience. If the owner was smart, he would have come to our table and expressed his concern for the meal not meeting our expectations. Just because people say a restaurant is good and keep passing the word, it doesn't mean that it always is. It was a very bad experience and very expensive too. Suggest that if someone complains in the future that the owner or chef at least acknowledge that something is wrong. That just seems like a good business practice.

The server was rude and hardly attended to us at all. He didn't even keep our drinks filled. The food was okay.
