I arrived at 1:30 for my appointment and they said it would be a while as the stylist was still working on someone. They asked me when my appointment time was and I told them; they said it was 1:45. NOT! I waited 1/2 hour and the stylist came out and apologized for the delay. She did an excellent job on my hair however, and took the time to cut it exactly the way I wanted and was patient and friendly. I'm glad I didn't walk out as I was tempted to do when I was asked to wait so long. The reason for the three stars is that they offer no coffee, tea or any kind of refreshment. I feel that because I had to wait such a long time (that has never happened to me before in any salon) they should have at least offered me something to drink. Reading material was plentiful. Another drawback is that the shop could use a little redecorating. Prices very reasonable however; only $24.00 for a shampoo, cut and style (blowout). I will go back because the haircut was so good and I liked the stylist very much. I was very comfortable with her while she worked on my hair.
