We are thrilled to be back in a SPA again! We had a spa in the past, but my husband had an alergic reaction to the bromine. We visited Georgia Leisure where Tom explained the salt/mineral system to us. Their products and selections were amazing, and at 3-4K less than comparible products we had seen elsewhere! The customer service was outstanding! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Thank You Georgia Leisure!

We purchased an 8' pool table from Georgia Leisure. When they arrived to set up the table, they found that my wife had measured incorrectly and an 8' table would really be to large for the room. Rather than just stick the table in and leave, they took it back, ordered us a 7' table and came out and set it up all at no additional charge. Subsequent trips for various accessories has been met with the same exceptional customer service. I have never purchased anything from a retailer who's customer service can match Georgia Leisure. You can shop here with confidence as I continue to do.

Last summer Georgia Leisure came out and purchased a pool table that we did not use. They gave us a great price on the table and had it taken down and moved out in impressive time. I felt very comfortable with them. This summer I went straight to them to purchase our pool without having any knowledge on pools. I knew they would not lead me in the wrong direction. The customer service they provide is the beyond any type of customer service I have ever received from any retailer! They go above and beyond what you could imagine. Thanks Tony for your level of service and great pricing!

We bought a used pool table from a friend and searched for a company who could pick it up, deliver it and set it up for us. Georgia Leisure did a fantastic job yesterday. They were very helpful with tips for enjoying and caring for our pool table. Having never done business with Georgia Leisure before, I was very pleased with the whole process and response time...from responding to my online questions in a timely manner, setting up the appointment online, and the pick up, delivery and set up by their extremely professional technicians. I guarantee that the next time we are thinking about purchasing leisure items for our home, Georgia Leisure will be our first stop.

We shopped several places and did quite a bit of research prior to heading out to purchase our new pool table. Georgia Leisure was the fifth place we visited and we made our purchase right then and there. Tony Simmons – the small business owner – was truly awesome. He made it simple and easy for us to make our purchase. The delivery and set-up guys were equally awesome. They spent at least a half hour going over the table with us when they were done setting it up. Tony was great - he gave us a great deal and told us everything that we needed to know about buying a pool table. Tony knew his competitors and their tables better than his competitors. That was one of the many reasons why we purchased from Tony. He had nothing bad to say about his competitors or their products. He just told us why he and his tables were a better choice and a better value and explained why. When you meet Tony, you want to do business with him. He gets it – happy customers are what drives his business. Anytime that we go back to purchase any additional items such as accessories from Tony, he treats us like family. This is the only place you need to visit if you are in the market for a pool table. I am not easy to please. Tony and his team exceeded my very high expectations. Anytime that we need anything that Tony sells going forward, he will be our only choice.

I truly am a regular customer that really appreciates great customer service.



If you are looking for a hot tub this is the business to support! After an EXTENSIVE search of more than 8 spa and pool dealers and almost a month of research in person and on the web, we purchased our Marquis Spa from Georgia Leisure.



It was a low pressure, very informative and most comfortable business we visited. One of our main concerns was, "service after the sale". We live quite a distance from Georgia Leisure and was concerned that it might be a problem with delivery and/or service. A couple of the businesses that we visited did not service the hot tubs they sold and could not name specifically the company that did service in our area. This was a VERY big component of our purchase.



"Georgia Leisure services what they sell!", this is what we were told by Tony, one of the owners.



Well, to finish, I want to say this is ENTIRELY true!!! We had only had our hot tub one week and experienced a slight problem. We were not familiar enough with the components to correctly diagnose it as serious or not. Georgia Leisure sent a technician the SAME day we called. Jason, was very professional, diagnosed and corrected our problem within 15 minutes of being at our house! AWESOME!



We have phoned and spoke to Tony on several occassions regarding chemicals, general questions, additional accessories etc... He has answered all of our questions and has exceeded our expectations.



All in all, I want to say that we are very appreciative of the fact that there really is "TRUE and HONEST" businesses in the spa industry!

You will not go wrong going with Georgia Leisure!! I'm a very passionate about customer service, and they just blow me away. Here are some descriptions of their outstanding service: passionate, energetic, very accommodating, they believe in their product/business, they stand behind it all, can do spirit, informative, honest, trustworthy, and truly there for their customers!!



We bought the infrared at first & due to personal preference, wanted the hot rock instead. They handled the exhange quickly, efficiently, no problem at all attitude, and with complete understanding.



With all the rain we just had (2009), our basement flooded. I called them and told them what was going on. Tony was immediately on the phone arranging for one of his team members to get out here right away to disassemble the sauna so the remainder of the carpet could be removed and prevent sauna from being damaged. He knew my husband was out of the country and made it financially reasonable for me to make this happen.



These days, this type of caring, family like service is rare! Georgia Leisure-Simply the Best!!

I have been a loyal customer of Georgia Leisure for the past 3 years. It started out with a spa - I purchased the Epic. It is a wonderful spa that I absolutely love. Went back for pool table that my family and friends really enjoy. Their selection is extensive and I was able to find something that worked for me. I have now furnished my bar area with their merchandise and my basement is the hot spot of the neighborhood. Looking forward to spring when Georgia Leisure is landscaping my backyard with a water feature, outdoor grill and fire pit.I can't wait! Tony has been great and I look forward to working with him in the future.

WOW! The best in the Atlanta Area - and believe me, I have been all over the state of Georgia looking for the right one! I was able to select the style, the color, the wood, the size that fits my needs. We play all the time! What a great way to bring the family together.

I went to many stores and viewed lots of hot tubs before arriving at Georgia Leisure. Tony was by far the most knowledgable of his products as well as the major competitors I was considering. Rather than a high-pressure tactics, Tony took a consultative approach and worked hard to find the best match to my requirements - Features, Function, Aesthetics and Budget.



He special ordered my Marquis Spa and delivered it on the same day it arrived at his store. Tony was on hand as the tub was filled and thoroughly reviewed the features and care of the spa. My wife and I have enjoyed relaxing in our new Marquis Spa hot tub every day since!

Great prices and huge selection without high-pressure sales. Tom and Tony were very patient and informative while we browsed billiard tables and rec room furniture and answered all our questions about quality and construction. WOW!!! Is the first thing I have to say in regards to GA Leisure! The great customer service that Tony and the rest of the guys give is just AMAZING!! I needed to purchase a pool table and have it set up the next day before I had a party. When I told Tony, he just says, "cool...We can take care of that for you." As a potential customer seeing someone that is willing to go the extra mile for their client was just a great experience and it immediately made me want to do business. They then took the time to show me the variety of tables that they offer. After letting Tony know my budget he blew me away with an incredible deal!!! When I say incredible, I mean incredible!!!!! To make a long story short I purchased a table and some other accessories and the guys came through the next day and had me set up in no time! You will not find a better place to purchase a pool table! Oh and did I mention that they have the absolute best prices in town? Georgia Leisure rocks from start to finish.

Starting with Tony and Tom at the Buford Store who are friendly and extremely competant and knowledgeable about thier products. They patiently worked with me to pick out an AE Schmidt Custom Billiard Table including and AE Schmidt Custom Rack and Delux Accessory Kit and Delivery and Set-up- ALL within my designated budget price! I chose the wood type and stain color, the leg style and table style, the felt color, and I added diamonds of inlaid Mother of Pearl with inner diamonds of Black Onyx. It's a custom crafted beautiful piece of furniture that I designed in my self designed and custom built house.

Finishing with the home delivery by Terry Sammons, billiard [email protected], and his son-in-law. Terry encouraged us to watch the assembly process and explained each step which was very interesting to see such professionals work together so confidently. Terry also reviewed every single component in the Platium Accessories Play Kit along with fielding questions from each of us. The finishing touch was a Plaque that Tony and Tom special ordered for the pool table that reads;

Well, first I should mention that I screwed up! My wife and I went shopping for a spa tub and after spending an exhausting Saturday making the rounds, we ended up at Georgia Leisure, where we were very pleased with our experience. Where the other places we had been spent the time bashing all of the competitors, first Tom and later Tony simply explained the benefits and advantages of the Marquis Spas. There was no pressure to buy and we left far better informed. We returned a couple of days later and decided on a spa. I, however, had failed to measure the area where the tub was supposed to go and just assumed it would fit, even after they specifically asked me if I was sure (Sorry again, guys!). Anyway, we purchased the tub and THEN I went home and measured. It was far too close between the deck supports to fit! I called Tony and explained. He had me take some pictures of the area and then said they would do everything they could to make it work. On the scheduled day, right on time, Tony and Tom, the owners, and Chris showed up with the tub. There is no way I can explain what all these guys went through to do it, but they got it in without a scratch! I would have bet money there was no way it would work, but they kept at it until they got it. They then took the time to walk me through the entire process to make sure I understood how to operate and maintain the tub, before they left. The product is wonderful, but it is the service that really makes it worth making the trip to Georgia Leisure. They went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my purchase and I will certainly be visiting again!

I was recently in the market for a 16 x 32 inground pool and since we live in Dacula I checked out the local pool dealers. After getting quotes from $28000 to $32000 I was about to tell our children that the weren't getting a pool because we just couldn't afford it. The next day I was at work talking to a co-worker about my frustration and he said he had similar experiences when he was in the market for a tanning bed for his wife's birthday and he recommended a store by The Mall of Georgia called Georgia Leisure. I called Georgia Leisure and made an appointment with Tom to come out to our house and look at the back yard. Tom was at our house the very next day with liner samples, pool designs and pricing. Tom showed us a 16 x 32 oval pool which included the light, pump, filter, chlorinator, 4' of concrete deck around our pool, electrical work and permits. THE BEST part of my pool buying experience with Georgia Leisure besides the awesome service was the THOUSANDS of $$$$$$$'s we saved. We now have a beautiful pool in our back yard and spent less than $20000. The other local pool dealers said it couldn't be done for less the $28000. Well they are more than welcome to stop by and see it. If you are in the market for an inground pool make sure you stop by Georgia Leisure and see Tom before making a costly mistake.
