BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a van here not knowing the valet key was super glued into the auxiliary key. When I spoke with the general manager JASON OWENS (who I had been trying to get in touch with since Wednesday-- he never returned my calls) he said QUOTE: "If you wanted a vehicle where everything worked, you should have bought a new car."

& "We don't check things like a sunglass holder." (as if that compares to a faulty $250 key, but I'm a woman and I guess this was his way of talking down to me)



And this little gem-- "You can call a DODGE DEALERSHIP and if it only costs $2-$3 to have a key made, I will give you that."

When I said, had I known I wouldn't have bought the van without a manual key to get in my van-- the GM said, "I will look up your paperwork and as long as it's written out that you wouldn't buy the van without a second key, then I will pay for it." Unbelievable!!!



Never mind that the you sold it to me without disclosing the key was faulty. I hung up on him after he said, "You signed on the van in as is condition." Which is true. I did. My bad for not checking to make sure the key you sold me wasn't super glued. How stupid am I for not checking such a common problem ???.... guess I was more concerned with that sunglass holder!!!! How sad that the GM handles customers in such a demeaning and condescending manner.

Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, especially the salesman, Dustin. The sales people were very knowledgeable of their product and took time to explain various features of each. The financial people were very proficient and honest in explaining various extended warranties and certification programs. This purchase was a good experience and I'll definitely be a return customer.

Jessica was more than helpful, and went out of her way to answer any of my questions. She never tried to pressure me into buying just any vehicle, but the one that best suited my needs. I will definitely pass her name and card around to any of my friends or family members needing a vehicle.



However, I will warn them about Mr. Murray. When I tell someone that I have my financing done with a certain person, I don't need a pushy, type A personality, finance person giving his version of what I need to do. His attitude and mouth almost cost you my business. Ms. Jordan is the only reason that I didn't get up and leave.

This experience from beginning to end has been a roller coaster but I had the most honest and helpful sales person Dustin Baker was awesome. He definitely exceeded my expectations. He kept his word and he was very patient with us. He never gave up even when there were a few obstacles. We hurdled them with no problem. Overall, we had pretty quick service due to my time constraints. We were happy with the experience, but it lacked the personal touches the other dealerships gave us when we visited their lots. The bottom line made us decide to go with Lance Cunningham.

Amazing service. First vehicle purchase, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Dustyn is what every car salesman should be. The entire time he had one thing on his mind, making me feel comfortable and important. He worked very hard to make sure I got the best possible deal. He was very honest with every part of the deal. Don't waste time looking at other dealerships, because Lance is #1 in my opinion. Ask for Dustyn! He's great!

Mat was very pleasant and not pushy. He explained the features on the Ford Edge then when went for a test drive, he answered my questions very accurately. The horn did not work on our new Ford Edge; he made arrangements to have bring it in the next day to see what the problem was. They have to order a fuse block for the car; Mat said that when the part comes in, he will arrange a loaner car for us.
