I am an ASE certified diesil technician. And I was having a problem with my transmission. Carmax took it alonso transmission and it was the best thing they could have done. Ralph was beyond helpful with me and delt with my annoyance with the upmost profession. He didn't hid any thing from me. Showed me every thing. And NEVER threw parts at it to guess. He made sure he fixed the problem to the T. I will recommend this shop and group of men to any one. Best customer service I have ever delt with thank you guys.

Ralph and Ray from Alonso Transmission are without a doubt the most professional, honest, knowledgeable and understanding individuals a consumer could ever ask for. After a brief google search, I chose to take my vehicle there for an estimate and I completely understand why they have and continue to receive so many 5 star reviews. WOW is all I can say. Ray is super and so is Ralph. Took my 2001 Toyota Rav 4 (185,000 miles) with a slipping transmission. Ray immediately checked the car's transmission and gave a diagnotic and an estimate as I waited. Car was done on time of estimate and feels good as new

Outstanding customer service!!!

On Monday May 4, my transmission gave out on the expressway. When I called Alonso, I was greeted with a smile over the phone by Ray, told me to come in. Less than 10 mins when I got there, Ralp took my car and was already being pulled in the bay! By Wednesday it was completed.
