very descriptive in his explanation, but really no answers yet

Really glad I came here. Dr. Ng diagnosed that what I had was benign after multiple blood tests with a previous doctor who was really confused as the blood work did not match my medical history/lifestyle. Dr. Ng interpreted the same blood tests and added a lot more nuance in explaining why he thought I was fine.

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Doctors were very helpful and detailed. They explained my treatment plans and my health issues to me very well.

Dr. Ng and Poline Yiu (love her) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, was willing to answer any question I had and the staff was great . Would definitely recommend this doctor and facility.

Great experience with Dr. Ng. Explained what he thinks my diagnosis is as well as gave me a road map as to where we might go in the future in terms of treatment. I was most pleased with the fact that I didn't feel rushed. I felt he was ready and willing to answer my questions. Will recommend to friends.

The office is immaculately clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is A + first class office. Dr Ng calm me down because I was nervous to get upper GI and lower GI scope. Dr Ng took the time to explained everything to me. The information was empowering. I was a lot more calm afterwards. Great bedside manners!
