Dr Fitzgerald was extremely helpful with explaining the ear function and what happens with air pressure changes.

Doctor was pleasant, thoroughly cleaned my ear, & I was satisfied with the answers to my questions after the procedure. I just wished he would've warned me that the procedure was going to bit painful/uncomfortable at time's.
