Everyone was extremely courteous as the name implies. Hats off to our sales associate, Russ and Lucy in finance, Benny in parts, Jessica for explaining the incredible mylink system with nav, and Mike the sales mgr for single handedly saving the sale when a misunderstanding on the nav system came up, he found another vehicle equipped the way we wanted in Tucson and got it here the same day. We will be back in the future because of him and our sales associate Jim.

I'm from Texas and I informed Nathan that I would be in town on 5/1/2015 and that I did not want to spend my whole vacation looking for a vehicle. I had an idea of what I wanted and my price range. He assured me that this was the only place I needed to go and that he would make sure I left happy. There was a tent sale going on and Nathan told me that he would not be there but I was to speak to Chris Murphy, very nice guy. The entire staff worked diligently to get me what I wanted and the price I wanted. The finance guy, Russell Delmont was awesome and between him and Mr. David Gonzalez they got me an awesome interest rate. I can't remember everyone's names out there, but everyone was awesome and I had a GREAT experience.

Returned leased 2012 Chevy Volt (processed in by Dana Batchan). Tested and evaluated 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT and came to terms on new 39-month lease (handled entirely by Dana Batchan). Dana was exceptionally well-versed on vehicle's features and comparisons to other models in the Impala line. Called in advance to state what I was looking for and Dana had already selected the vehicle from stock. Dana did a very fine job throughout the process.

Great experience. David is very experienced in cars and deals. His follow up was excellent. Most of the deal was by phone and Internet. Came in drove the vehicle and signed. I strongly recommend dealership and ask for David. He will get out done and do it fast.
