I have been using Alterra Pest control for over a year and am very pleased with their personnel and services. Jose Trevino took extra steps in eliminating all of my issues. Jose and the other outstanding specialist who have been servicing my home are to be commended.

Today Alterra Service Pro's, Nick & Dakota Serviced my home. They were 100% professional and courteous. They were quickly able to tell me what my pest issues were and how they will be treated. Attention to Details to the Max. They definitely get a WOW from me. I highly recommend Alterra.

Jose Trevino did an outstanding job on getting all the bees nest knocked down from around the outside of the house. He was sufficient in meeting all of our needs for our quarterly pest control. Thanks for being so friendly and happy!

We've had intentions to resume pest control service at our home since we purchased it and we initially were going to go with the company that the previous homeowners used. However, they charged EXTRA for flea treatment?! Alterra literrally fell from the sky the day after my husband and I discussed pest control service and we signed up a few days ago because they did not charge extra for flea treatment. Glenn came over last night for our first treatment and he was extremely helpful. He explained the service and was able to answer any questions we had. Even if we were his last home for the day, he was not rushed and we feel he did his job thoroughly! We hope Glenn is our regular service professional!
