Great work done by Felipe Linares! Very thorough, polite and courteous guy to work with. You can tell he's dedicated to his job and wanting to give his company the best reputation possible. He was very detailed in explaining what would be done today, what will happen in the next 30 days and what will be happening in the distant future.



He didn't rush at all. He took his time and made sure he got everywhere he could. I will definitely be using this service for a long time, referring to anyone I know with a home, and asking for him to do the work personally every time!
